Caya Bista Lamar 28 is a cozy and stylish villa situated in Tierra del Sol.
The Villa Park Tierra del Sol guarantees you an optimum of privacy and security. By car it takes you only two minutes to reach the beaches.
The villa has two spacious bedrooms both with king size bed, flat screen television, separate air conditioning and private bathroom. The beautiful open and fully equipped kitchen watches over the living room and pool sight. This makes it pleasant to cook for the family and still be together. There is also a guest toilet. The spacious and stylish living room is fully air conditioned and equipped with a flat screen television and surround system: Perfect for a family movie night!
There is a large, covered porch at the front of the villa where you can peacefully enjoy the great view of the swimming pool and the beautiful landscaped garden. The high wall and gate gives you full privacy at the pool. The area around the pool to the porch is fully paved with bricks. Also you have an outside shower where you can hose of the beach sand or rinse of the chlorine after a nice swim in the pool.
Next to the garage is a separate area where the washer and dryer. Outside there is a ramp where you can park 2 cars.
This villa is suitable for 4 people. There are enough bed linens and bath towels for 4 people. However we do recommend for you to take some beach towels with you.
When you specifically desire a facility/amenity, make sure to clearly request this on the reservation.
Upon arrival at the airport, after picking up your rental car, contact Rent House Aruba. They will meet you at the house, hand over the keys and give you an explanation on various matters worth knowing.
